blcr-testsuite software package provides Userspace tools to Checkpoint and Restart Linux processes, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install blcr-testsuite
blcr-testsuite is installed in your system.
Make ensure the blcr-testsuite package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep blcr-testsuite *
You will get with blcr-testsuite package name, version, architecture and description in a table
